Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
The following items cannot be returned: sale or discounted items, personalised or custom-made products, perishable goods, and items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
How to Return
Step 1 — Contact us. Email returns@polluxa.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
Step 2 — Receive return authorisation. Our team will review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number within 2 business days.
Step 3 — Pack and ship. Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the parcel and ship it to the address provided.
Step 4 — Refund processed. Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Refund Details
Refund window: 14 days from delivery date.
Processing time: 5–7 business days after item is received.
Refund method: Original payment method only.
Return shipping cost: Paid by the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly shipped item, in which case Polluxa will cover all return shipping costs.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@polluxa.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
