An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Polluxa reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

5. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Polluxa is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processes, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
